Sign up to volunteer at this year's powwow
Vendor admission is $200 for the whole weekend. Vendors can donate an item to enter into the cashback draw to have their fee waived entirely.
Reach us at sampsonpowwow@gmail.com to get signed up for a vendor table. E-transfer is accepted also at sampsonpowwow@gmail.com.
Please review the following important vendor information:
Vendor Fees:
$200 for the full weekend
$100 per day
Payment must be made via e-transfer (EMT only) to sampsonpowwow@gmail.com.
Your space is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Space & Tent Size:
Please be mindful of the space allocated to vendors. If you are using a standard 10x10 tent, all items and displays must fit within that space. If you require additional space beyond your tent, you will need to purchase an additional vendor spot.
Food Vendor Approval:
All food vendors must receive prior approval from the powwow committee. Please be advised that any food items already offered on our concession menu will not be approved. Our powwow concession is the main financial contributor to competition prizes, drum payouts, and event costs, so we appreciate your cooperation in supporting its success.
Electricity: There are no electrical outlets available. The field will be lit with general field lighting.
Tables & Setup: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and equipment.
Security: The site will have 24-hour security throughout the weekend.
Substance-Free Event: This is a drug- and alcohol-free event.
Camping: Vendor camping is available at the far end of the field.
Showers: Limited morning-only shower access will be available. Times will be announced closer to the event.
Additionally, our committee would like to inform you that vendor fees will increase next year due to rising inflation and operational costs.

@wahkotowin.apparel📸✨ We had such a great time coming out to the 29th Annual Sampson Family Intertribal Honouring Wetanmy Powwow this past weekend! The artisans, singing, drumming, and dancers were incredible, and the burgers and food were pretty dang good! 🍔🎶
Meeting new people at every market has truly been a blessing for us. You are all such beautiful people. Thank you, Lindsay (@lindsayrepp), for stepping up and helping us out at our table this weekend. 🙏❤️ And to my brother Todd over at @strongnfreecdn , I'll forever be grateful to you and Lisa for all that you do for us. 🌟
